How we increased customer acquisition by 386% while decreasing their Cost per acquisition by 82% for a local test preparation center.
A local test preparation (GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.…) reached out to us because they were working with a marketing agency but they were still having issues with:
- Generating enough leads
- Generating the right quality of leads
- Generating these leads at a good price
After an initial audit, we immediately noticed some mayor flaws in the current setup. We figured out there were things broken in their front-end advertising funnel.
After restructuring and updating their Adwords and Facebook accounts we immediately started to see improvements. We focused on the 20% of ads and keywords that were bringing 80% of their revenue.
We ended having to downscale the campaigns because we were bringing them to many leads.
